When: Wednesday, April 10, 2019 – Thursday, April 11, 2019

April 10, 2019:

9:30-11:30am – OPTIONAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT BOOTCAMP: This session is designed for teams or team members wishing to brush up on their quality improvement and process improvement skills. Participants will review quality and performance improvement frameworks ( e.g., Model for Improvement) and will begin exploring some process improvement tools like workflow mapping. A light breakfast will be served.

11:00am – MAIN SESSION: Lunch and registration will begin at 11:00 am and program content will begin at 12:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 11:30am. Program content ends at 5:00 pm and is followed by a networking reception on-site until 6:00 pm.

April 11, 2019:

8:00am – MAIN SESSION: Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00 am and program content begins at 8:30 am. Please arrive on time! Lunch will be served around 12:30 pm and program content ends by 4:00pm.
