The people who work at CCI are people the safety net knows.
Many of us have spent our careers in or alongside it. Some came directly from clinics, hospitals, agencies, and organizations we now partner with; others came from the philanthropic, academic, and advocacy worlds that shape the field. Several of us have been both grantmakers and grantees. And many of us come from the historically underinvested communities we partner with. That lived experience is part of what we bring to the work. We offer deep expertise across community health, organizational change, technology, and policy, but our most useful skill might be knowing the field well enough to know where to start.
