Roseanne (she/her/ella) is the Director of Resilient Partnerships at Center for Care Innovations, specializing in program development, design, and implementation. She has 14 years of leadership experience managing complex programs and diverse teams – spanning the sectors of public service, community-based organizations, and health care.
She led the development of two trauma and resilience-informed family resource centers, a licensed childcare center to serve foster care children, and the integration of trauma-informed care and Adverse Childhood Experiences screening in a pediatric clinic. In her current role, she is leading CCI’s resilient partnership portfolio working with community health clinics, multisector partnerships, and marginalized populations to advance health equity and justice.
Roseanne received her bachelors degree in political science and minor in economics from Sonoma State University. She has a masters of legal studies from Empire College School of Law. Since 2019, she has chaired the board of directors at the United Way of the Wine Country.
Roseanne is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is multi-cultural with Indigenous heritage from the Nomlaki, Concow and Pomo Tribes of Northern California and Purepecha from Michoacan, Mexico. She is a tribal member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes and the proud daughter of a Mexican immigrant.
