San Francisco Health Network (SFHN) piloted an icon-based survey tool, Tickit, to improve timely patient feedback.
SFHN integrated the traditional CG-CAHPS survey onto the Tickit platform via tablet and text message, making the questions interactive and easy to understand, especially for low-literacy patients. Patients complete short surveys while they are in clinic and waiting for the provider, leveraging down-time to collect patient feedback for quality improvement purposes. Learn more about the project ›
