San Francisco Health Network (SFHN) piloted an icon-based survey tool, Tickit, to improve timely patient feedback.
Posters were created for clinic sites piloting Tickit to help educate patients about the survey and how to complete it. If they signed up for text appointment reminders they received a short survey the day after their doctor or nurse practitioner visit. Posters were available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian.
