A fourth cohort of primary care health centers focusing on increasing access to medications for addiction treatment in primary care for patients with opioid use disorder.

COVID-19 Test-to-Treat Equity Grant

We are committed to improving and expanding access to COVID-19 therapeutics for our neighbors that are unequally impacted by the pandemic. Facilitating equitable access to COVID-19 treatment was a major opportunity to work with providers to establish a stronger foundation for lasting change in California's healthcare systems.

We're helping California community health centers expand and improve behavioral health outcomes with a specific focus on advancing health equity and aligning behavioral health and social needs resources.

CCI Academy

We’re bringing our two decades of experience directly to you, in an online format.

Through CCI Academy, you can participate in short courses, where you’ll discover the mindsets, behaviors, and skills to pursue new ideas. You can join peer workshops to learn from our growing network of innovators.
