Grant Installment Dates

Installment 1: $5,000 – August 23, 2019 – Upon start of program
Installment 2: $25,000 – November 29, 2019 – Upon participation in the first in-person convening in November 2019 and submission of your first quarterly data report.
Installment 3: $10,000 – July 1, 2020 upon participation in the second in-person convening in April 2020, and submissions of quarterly data in January and April and progress reports 1 and 2.
Installment 4: $10,000- September 15, 2020 upon participation in the third in-person convening in July 2020 and submissions of final quarterly data in July and your final narrative and financial reports

Dr. Mark McGovern, ATSH Program Evaluator, provides an overview analysis of the ATSH program measure set and midpoint capability assessment. ATSH participants then transition to Zoom breakout rooms for smaller group presentations. Topics include caring for patients without stable housing, SBIRT, low barrier access to MAT, and managing pain.

ATSH participants then transition to Zoom breakout rooms for smaller group presentations. Topics include MAT in pregnancy, starting Sublocade, addressing stigma, and improving collaboration with internal and external partners.
