Organization Description: El Dorado Community Health Centers (EDCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in El Dorado County California. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, and our mission is to improve the health of our community through quality healing and preventative services. We serve all of El Dorado County and the surrounding areas. EDCHC’s goal is to ensure access to primary care for Medicaid-insured and low-income uninsured people.

MAT Services Description: EDCHC offers outpatient SUD treatment services through the STEPS (Supportive Treatment Empowering Personal Success) Program. These services include treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD), alcohol use disorder (AUD), and polysubstance use disorder (PSUD). Our team include X-waivered Providers, Registered Nurse Case Managers, Medical Assistants, Behavioral Health Therapists, and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. We provide services through individual visits and group visits. Patient assessments are conducted by our nurses utilizing ASAM criteria to determine levels of care.
