In this pilot, San Mateo Medical Center set out to address the problem with their colonoscopy no-show and cancellation rates. They partnered with 22otters, a mobile, multi-lingual platform with back-up Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to keep patients on top of their prep for colonoscopy visits.
