Participants of the ATSH: Learning Collaborative and Learning Network and invited guests from Advancing Behavioral Health Equity (ABHE) and HealthEfficient/Qual IT.
WHAT YOU WILl LEarn
By the end of this session, participants will have:
- Gained knowledge of important and timely topics to enhance MAT care for their patients, such as pain management and sublocade and medication first approaches
- Practiced new skillsets that will create the best conditions for change and implementation of improved MAT care at their clinics, specifically:
- Making plans for creating an environment free of stigma, racial bias, and stigmatizing mindsets and behaviors
- Developing a compassionate leadership approach that inspires and motivates change and hardwires sustainability
- Learning strategies for de-escalation
