The California Health Care Foundation’s Sustainable Models of Telehealth in the Safety Net program hosted the final virtual meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 to celebrate the efforts and achievements of everyone who engaged in the SMTSN initiative.
Participants had the opportunity to share and hear from their peers about the impact of telehealth and key learnings from the program. Each participating health center was recognized for their important and unique contributions to the initiatives.
