Your team will begin to internalize design thinking mindsets and practice methods that spark innovation. You will advance a strategic project through immersing in exploratory research, focusing and re-framing your opportunity, and prototyping several ideas. Your organization will find value in working in a new way.
Commit to attending all workshops, and reach out to your coach for help. Co-design from Day One. Treat the people impacted by your challenge as experts and partners. Include them in project activities and regularly ask for their input. Build will by regularly sharing your activities with colleagues using project photos, video, and stakeholder quotes.
