We are excited to invite you to join a one-day event for providers of street medicine in Los Angeles. The goal is to come together, share best practices, and identify and discuss pressing issues that street medicine teams face.

The day will begin with a facilitated co-design session — a “design dash” — focused on keeping street medicine patients connected to care. The goal of the design dash is to identify current strategies and approaches and come up with ideas for improving care continuity and access.

In the afternoon, we will shift focus to “shaping the future of street medicine.” Attendees will have the opportunity to shape the conversation by suggesting any topic they think is important to discuss regarding the expansion of street medicine in Los Angeles and across the state. Topics might include leveraging CalAIM, standards of care for street medicine, and partnerships across agencies. People will vote for the topics they think are most important, and then we will hold three breakout sessions in the afternoon to discuss the three most voted-for topics.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS EVENT

Chris has personally extended invitations to each of our guests to this convening. If you’ve already informed us about the number of team members from your organization who will be joining, we kindly request that all attendees complete their registration ASAP.
