September 24

Learning & Inspiration

2:30PM — 8:00PM

We’ll kickoff our time together with field trips around the Bay Area. Each will give us “gold nuggets” to deepen our empathy and understanding, as well as widen our creativity lens. Then we’ll have an opportunity to debrief your “ah-has” and key takeaways. Afterwards we encourage you to convene together with your fellow field tripmates for an optional, self-organized dinner!

September 25

Exploring & Deepening

8:00AM — 5:00PM

After breakfast, we will deepen our understanding through voices from our community. You’ll hear from a panel of experts who are advancing health equity through trust, patient engagement, and emerging technologies — and your peers!

Then we’ll dive into hands-on ideation and prototyping. You’ll have multiple opportunities to refine and strengthen your ideas.

We’ll eat lunch together and carve out more space for interactive collaboration.

Before our final push on Thursday, an evening networking hour will be your time to decompress, connect, and laugh with your emerging community of innovators.

September 26

So What, Now What?

8:00AM — 1:30PM

This is the crescendo! We will start with breakfast. Then we’ll tap into the artistic side of our brains and connect you with innovators who share your passions.

Our close-out will include next-steps and commitments for some of your solutions. What will you be taking back to your organization?

We’ll be providing box lunches — share a last meal with your new friends!
