Session Overview
During this virtual learning session, participants will hear highlights, share learnings, and gather practical resources from the Communities of Practice. The Center for Community Health and Evaluation will present inspiring data from the last six months and RBN teams will have an opportunity to celebrate their successes. Lastly, the CCI program team will provide important updates regarding what to expect for Year 3 of the program.
