As a program coordinator, Nhi supports programs that focus on population health, innovation, and technology.
Nhi has been involved in several different fields that are close to her heart, including suicide prevention, sexual violence prevention, and supporting LGBTQ youth. Most recently, she was part of a research project between the California Healthy Nail Salon Collaborative and Labor Occupational Health Program to foster leadership development among Vietnamese nail salon workers. Prior to that research project, she was a graduate intern at the PATH to Care Center and a suicide prevention associate at the County of Santa Clara Suicide Prevention Program.
Nhi received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Nhi enjoys baking, watercolor painting, going to concerts, and reading.
