ABOUT
Join us for an interactive session, including a focus on community partnership engagement.
By the end of the session, participants will have:
- Reviewed and celebrated the mid-point evaluation data.
- Learned from peers as they share their partnership journey including, how they identify and overcome challenges and the driving principles of their partnership.
- Discussed insights from implemented tests of change with peer teams.
PreWorK
Submit Phase 2 Storyboard and come prepared to share findings. Submit March 1st via email to Lydia.
- Download the template in the email entitled “Save this Email: Phase 2 Storyboard Template & Instructions – Due March 1”.
- Prioritize your change ideas, create a small-scale test of change in service of your aim statement, and share your findings.
Who Should Attend
ATSH Equity Collaborative core team members and their community partners are expected to attend.
