ABout the Program
In partnership with the California Department of Health Care Services, CCI is pleased to announce our fourth wave of programming to support California community health centers’ identification and treatment of substance use disorders. CCI’s 2023-2024 ATSH programming includes 1) the new Equity-Centered Community Learning Collaborative and 2) the Learning Network, geared towards the general improvement and sustainability of MAT programs through a less intensive, completely virtual program.
The ATSH Equity Collaborative will support 20 primary care health centers in California to expand their existing medication for addiction treatment (MAT) programs with a deepened focus on addressing health inequities in outcomes and treatment and developing community partnerships. Community health centers accepted into the program will receive $75,000. The learning collaborative will run for 16 months, from February 2023 to June 2024.
The Request for Applications will be open from November 9, 2022 through December 12th, 2022 at 5pm.
