The Resilient Beginnings Network (RBN) program hosted a coaches chat on Thursday, December 3, 2020 to build community within the network and get to know the coaches.
Coaches shared about their experiences with relational leadership, getting started and sustaining pediatric practice transformation, and common challenges and resources related to trauma and resilience informed care. Participants had the opportunity for dialogue and questions.
