CCI hosted the second virtual convening on May 4, 2021 for organizations participating in the Clinic Connection track for the Virtual Care Innovation Network.
During the session, participants heard from their follow cohort members on their virtual care tests. The cohort spotlight included presentations from Danielle Hull of the San Mateo County Healthcare for the Homeless and Farmworker Health Program, Cedric Johnson of Unity Care Northwest, and Margarita Sol of Community of Hope.
