It’s critical to train patients to use their devices, report their readings and measurements, and reduce digital barriers. Afterwards, assessments and outreach from the care team need to be tailored to these results. Evidence suggests that patients empowered with this information about their health status are more likely to comply with meditation titration and other efforts to improve their health.
