Session Overview:
We welcome all Equity Collaborative teams to attend the fifth of CCA’s six Share & Learn virtual events.
In this Share & Learn, connect with your peers in the collaborative as we’ll feature a “gallery of innovations” from select teams discussing challenges and solutions toward improving video visits and telehealth equity, specifically language access and digital barriers. We’ll also have the Center for Community Health and Evaluation (CCHE) team review the midpoint evaluation findings. Lastly, the CCI team will clarify the steps that participating teams will take to complete the final storyboard and how it will be utilized for the final CCA convening.
This virtual session will feature a “gallery of innovations” with presentations about:
- Developing video visit super-users, with elbow support for care teams
- Leveraging volunteers to flip phone visits to video
- Addressing language barriers with integrated interpreters for video visits
- Utilizing Doxy.me platform to support comprehensive prenatal health workers
- Digital inclusion services available for organizations, offered by Human-I-T
