CALQIC session details:

In this CALQIC office hours session, teams will hear from faculty Karissa Luckett about a quick refresher from the December 10th webinar, including the roadmap and sub-aims, in addition to providing examples of sub-aims related to equity and relational healing.
Teams will also learn some ways to generate and prioritize change ideas and get started on small tests of change to improve your ACEs screening and response work. In breakout rooms, participants will have the opportunity to share with peers their progress, and get the chance to ask questions.
Session Objectives:
- To provide an overview & refresher of the CALQIC sub-aims and roadmap, including examples of sub-aims related to equity and relational healing, as well as to share some ways to generate and prioritize change ideas and get started on small tests of change.
- To respond to questions about developing sub-aims and your teams’ roadmap.
- To create opportunities for peer sharing and connections.
Who should attend this session?
We are asking all teams leads to attend, and welcome other team member that would benefit from the content and discussion related to developing your teams’ roadmap, and learning about how other CALQIC teams are focusing their work.
Pre-work:
Bring your draft roadmap and any questions your team has. As a reminder, roadmaps are due to CCI on February 1. Please send your roadmap to Nikki Navarrete ([email protected]) by that date.

Karissa Luckett, RN, BSN, MSW started her Nursing career over 25 years ago, and is currently licensed in Texas as a Registered Nurse (RN). She has worked for the Center for Youth Wellness since 2016, initially serving as the National Pediatric Practice Community (NPPC) Coach.
