Grant Installment Dates

Installment 1: $5,000 – May 15, 2019 – Upon acceptance into program.
Installment 2: $15,000 – July 30, 2019 – For meeting Deliverable No. 1, which consists of core team attendance at the first learning session (July 10 – 11, 2019), submitting one quarter of data (due July 31, 2019), a program charter, and a project plan (due July 30, 2019).
Installment 3: $20,000 – January 31, 2020 – For meeting Deliverable No. 2, which consists of submitting two quarters of data (due October 15, 2019 and January 15, 2020) and a progress report (due October 15, 2019).
Installment 4: $10,000 – September 15, 2020 – At the conclusion of the program for meeting Deliverable No. 3, which consists of attending two in person convenings (March 18 – 19, 2020, July 22 – 23, 2020), submitting two quarters of data (due April 15, 2020 and July 15, 2020) and final narrative and financial reports (due August 31, 2020).
