CCI hosted Content Webinar #3: Generating, Selecting, and Prioritizing Change Ideas on July 13, 2021, for organizations participating in the Applied Project Track for the Virtual Care Innovation Network (VCIN).

At this point in the program, Applied Project Track teams have recently completed journey mapping and patient/staff interviews to better understand current state and are now ready to think about areas of focus and change ideas. To move teams toward Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Denise Armstorff – one of our VCIN coaches – facilitated this session with our teams to provide additional tools/support for:

  • Formulating theories for change
  • Additional methods for assessing/evaluating current state (process flow maps/observation)
  • Prioritizing and Selecting Change Ideas to Test
  • Preparing for PDSA
