The Resilient Beginnings Network (RBN) program hosted a virtual kickoff session on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 to bring the cohort together for the first time and welcome them to the learning network.
Participants learned more about RBN’s program purpose, goals, phases, and expectations for participating teams. They had the opportunity to connect with coaches and to other teams in the network and also learned and experienced strategies for staff resilience and relationship building. The session closed with tips on how to get started with their work and what the next steps are, including dates for upcoming events.
During the webinar, we showed this video featuring West County Health Centers, a Resilient Beginnings Collaborative participant, to highlight the great work that came out of the first iteration of this program.
