CCI hosted the final call to close the Moving Clinics Upstream program. During the webinar, participants heard a recap of the program, reflected on learnings around social determinants of health, particularly during the pandemic, and discussed sustainability tips on the topics of data, finance, patient engagement, training/workforce and operations.
