Wednesday, October 8

Summit Day 1

11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Summit Day 1 is designed to you move from insight to action: Guided by experts, interactive workshops, and real-world case studies, we will offer the knowledge you need to navigate system changes and drive health equity forward. You’ll leave with practical, use-it-today skills, templates, and strategies to bring back to your work the very next day.

Community Celebration

5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

We’ll lead you into an evening of connection, creativity, and celebration. Join us for a gathering that blends live storytelling, music, delicious food and drinks, and a toast to 25 years of doing things the CCI way.

Thursday, October 9

Summit Day 2

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

We’ll dive into further talks to ignite and inspire you because you will help shape the agenda! Generate and pitch ideas to discuss across emerging, relevant topics for the Day 2 “Open Space.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to take the reins on holding sessions aimed to help you remain flexible and prepared for whatever comes your way.

Cancellations & Refunds Registration is non-refundable. Participants are able to transfer their registration to a new participant on or before October 1, 2025. To initiate registration transfer please contact the Center for Care Innovations no later than October 1, 2025.

What is included in the Summit ticket? All content and programming, unique group experiences, networking, meals, and special access ticket to CCI's 25th celebration event the evening of October 8, 2025!

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event? Unfortunately, no, we have limited seating available and require an advance headcount to ensure we have the capacity to accommodate those who register in advance.

Hotel Recommendations We do not have a room block or special rate for participants of the Summit. You will find a list below of hotels nearby: Berkeley Marina Hotel, Hotel Shattuck Plaza, Graduate by Hilton Berkeley, Residence Inn Berkeley, and the Claremont Resort & Club.

What is the dress code for the summit? Business casual clothing is acceptable, as you will be moving around the venue throughout the day. We also encourage you to dress in layers as temperatures can fluctuate in the Bay Area. Some examples are: comfortable tops (blouse, casual collared shirts, jeans, slacks, close toed shoes).

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements, can you accommodate me? Yes, please note any special dietary requirements or accessibility needs when registering. The more detailed your information the better we can assist you. Please contact us to discuss any special assistance you need to make your time with us comfortable.

Will there be lactation rooms available? Yes, there will be a private lactation room . However, we are not able to provide refrigeration for expressed milk. Please plan to bring a cooler to store expressed milk.

Where can I park? Street Parking: There is un-metered street parking available on surrounding blocks. There is no street sweeping restrictions.
