CCA program participants who missed the webinar or who are looking to revisit the overview of program expectations and activities.
OUR BIG TAKEAWAYS:
- The objective of this 12-month learning collaborative is to identify and test virtual care delivery changes. Program participants will be expected to share best practices and learnings with their peer community.
- Teams engaged in small group discussions around the bright spots and challenges for their respective cohort groups. The discussion themes can be found here.
- Phase 1 of the program will focus on better understanding the problem. Through three different activities, teams will uncover high-level insights about problems related virtual care delivery. Teams are expected to complete their activities and submit them to Diana Nguyen by September 11, 2020.
