ABOUT

This session will serve as the first in-person convening for the Chief Health Equity Officers of the CHEO Network.

Our objectives are to:  

  • Foster meaningful connections between local and commercial health plan CHEOs 
  • Tackle shared challenges head-on through dynamic, collaborative exercises 
  • Exchange and explore promising practices that support success of CHEOs

We will provide light refreshments in the morning and lunch.   

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS EVENT 

All local health plan and commercial health plan CHEOs are invited and encouraged to attend. 

Preparing for the event

COVID-19 Policies/Procedures:

Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell. We will provide masks, COVID tests, and hand sanitizer during the event to use as needed. Color-coded accessories will be provided to signal social distancing preferences. Please refer to CDC Guidelines for additional information about COVID-19 protocols.
