Note about this convening

As mentioned at our last virtual convening on March 28th, this community of practice is dependent on participating organizations bringing together resources (inspired by how CalOptima and Health Plan San Mateo generously funded the in-person convening in October 2023).

Some participating organizations who will be joining the virtual convening on June 26th have not yet shared a commitment to this community of practice in writing. We strongly encourage you to do so within the next two weeks so you can join our incredible in-person convening this October. We’re offering this upcoming virtual convening on June 26th as a grace period, and we welcome you to join the call without having committed to participating this year.

Convening Goal

CalAIM implementors gather to swap insights, share innovations, and ​develop ideas for boosting uptake of Medi-Cal’s ambitious new Enhanced Care Management benefit.

This Share & Learn virtual convening is designed to continue building this community of Managed Care Plan (MCP) peers, share knowledge, and co-design solutions that address specific CalAIM implementation challenges. For this Share & Learn on June 26th, the population of focus (PoF) is justice involved.

Convening Objectives

  1. Build a stronger sense of community amongst Managed Care Plan (MCP) peers working on CalAIM implementation.
  2. Together with your peers, discuss & problem solve common ECM challenges for the justice involved population.
  3. Co-design & plan for the next phase of peer learning.
