Liz Rockett is a health care venture capital investor and early member of the impact investing industry.
She was previously Managing Director of Kaiser Permanente Ventures, and head of health impact investing at Imprint Capital (acquired by Goldman Sachs).
Liz’s work today is on making capital work for health care — at Rockett Advisory, she helps visionary first-time CEOs to keep VC working for them, rather than the other way around; and at Mission Lock, she supports new forms of risk capital, purpose-built for transforming health care.
She teaches impact investing and health care venture capital at the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, and serves on the investment committee at Acumen West Africa.
