As a Senior Program Coordinator, Isabella (she/her) supports the work of fostering tech innovation in the California safety net, the sustainability and spread of trauma-informed pediatric care, innovative health and housing partnership, and peer-to-peer learning in the Population Health Management Initiative (PHMI).

Prior to joining CCI, Isabella provided direct patient care within the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Emergency Department. In that role, Isabella collaborated with various teams across the hospital system to coordinate treatment plans. She also worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide medical care and COVID-19 testing for more than 1,500 unaccompanied migrant children from Central America. Isabella also brings experience as a program planner for UCLA’s CampMed, an outreach program for teens facing social and economic barriers to learn about health care careers and colleges.  As a planner, she worked closely with other board members to recruit healthcare professionals to talk with the campers and create an engaging virtual experience for the high school students involved.

Isabella received a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and spends time volunteering with Inland Empire Harm Reduction. Outside of work, she loves to visit national parks, attend music festivals, and enter races in different cities.
