ABOUT
For 50 years and counting, Neighborhood Healthcare has worked to provide quality, compassionate, whole-person care to everyone, regardless of their circumstance, throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. As a regional Federally Qualified Health Center, providing a wide range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services, they serve 76,360 people annually. Neighborhood provides integrated behavioral health services at all of their primary care locations, including psychiatry and medication for addiction treatment services. They have been nationally recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Quality Improvement Award (QIA) and for Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition (PCMH). Who should attend this event
Each ABHE team is expected to send one to two core team members to at least one site visit during the program. We recommend sending leaders (e.g. team lead, behavioral health director, and/or primary care provider) with decision-making abilities that can champion specific lessons learned.
Registration guidelines: Please only register if you are confident you can attend. Priority will be given to teams or participants that have not attended a site visit. However, if you participated in the Cherokee Health Systems site visit, we still encourage you to register for Neighborhood Healthcare Site Visit #1 or #2.

Preparing for the Site Visit
COVID-19 Policies/Procedures
Host site staff and participants are expected to complete a negative rapid antigen test prior to attending the site visit. N95 or KN95 masks should be worn in clinical spaces throughout the site visit and will be provided if needed. Maintaining physical distancing from other site visit participants is encouraged. - Prior to the site visit, we will provide transportation logistics to support travel from the hotel to the clinic site.
