ABOUT
The UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland RBN team is hosting an open house on Friday, June 16 from 9:30am – 3pm. To minimize disruption of clinic operations, space is limited to 8 RBN participants. Each RBN grantee organization may register up to one staff member to attend. Sign up NOW to secure your spot! Registration closes on June 2nd.
Through observation, demonstration, and deep discussion, visitors will gain first-hand insight into successes and lessons learned to improve pediatric primary care delivery that is trauma-informed.
During this open house, attendees will have the opportunity to hear about UCSF BCH Oakland’s journey in Resilient Beginnings and get an overview of how they approach ACEs screening. The team will share ACEs screening workflows and highlight how they train providers and residents. Attendees will tour the clinic, learn about the different services that are offered, and do a deep dive into both the Family Information and Navigation Desk (FIND) and the Resiliency Clinic. Finally, the team will share their approach to staff morale and share employee wellness activities and tips. Lunch will be provided.

COVID-19 Guidelines: To enter the clinic, please be prepare to show a government-issued photo identification. Masks are required.
parking and direction information
There is no parking onsite, please arrive early to ensure you have adequate time to find street parking. CCI will reimburse for rideshare services from the closest BART station, MacArthur Station. There is also a shuttle that can bring you from MacArthur Station to the clinic. The shuttle schedule can be found here.
