WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS EVENT 

Each organization can send one attendee, and individuals will be invited to attend on a first come first serve basis. There will also be a waitlist option for one additional person.

If there is more than one person from your organization that would like to attend, we highly encourage that person to sign up for the waitlist, as we were able to accommodate people on the waitlist for our last site visit. Please note that there is no guarantee that people on the waitlist will be able to attend, but we will let you know if your status changes by end of day, Friday 9/29.

Attendees can expect to learn about Santa Rosa Community Health’s (SRCH) New Beginnings Programs and the efforts they have made to expand trauma-informed care and resilience-based strategies to care for perinatal patients and their families impacted by substance use disorders, mental health challenges and homelessness.

Preparing for the event

COVID – 19 Policies and Procedures:

We’re continuing to learn how to navigate this new phase of the pandemic with your safety in mind. One of our key goals is to make you, the event attendee, feel comfortable. To ensure that, we are asking all participants to adhere to the following safety protocols.  We will continue to monitor all conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the event and may revise health screening protocols at our discretionWe will inform you of any such changes so you can properly plan ahead. Please let us know if you have any questions.

  • COVID-19 Testing: Participants will be asked to show proof of a negative rapid antigen test upon check in at the site visit location, a picture is acceptable. Please take the test within 24 hours of before the start of the site visit. CCI will have rapid tests available onsite for anyone who needs one.
  • Masks*: If attendees are asymptomatic, masks are optional at all sites.   CCI will have N-95 masks available. We ask that you do not attend the site visit if you feel ill or have any symptoms related to COVID-19. 
  • Vaccines: CCI strongly encourages COVID-19 vaccinations for all participants attending in-person events. If you are not vaccinated for COVID-19 we ask that you wear a mask at the event. 

*Santa Rosa Community Health requests that anyone with potential COVID-19 symptoms or potential high risk exposure test for COVID-19, if the test is negative and participant has been at least 24 hours without a fever, they can participate with a mask in place.
