resilient beginnings network Virtual learning session 1 –
where are we now with trauma and resilience informed care?

Thursday, January 14, 2020, 1:00PM-3:00PM (PST)

REGISTER NOW!

To figure out where we are going with trauma and resilience informed care on the journey toward becoming a healing organization, we must first examine the current state of where we are now.

This virtual learning session for RBN teams will provide a primer on the key focus areas for RBN and introduce several methods for understanding the current state at your clinics, including the baseline RBN capability assessment. RBN teams are encouraged to split up to attend the following live breakout sessions:

  • Framing your challenge and using interviews to understand the current state
Presenter: Kathleen Figoni, Center for Care Innovations
    Recommended for any RBN participant
This breakout session will be recorded.
  • Understanding the human experience of your processes with Journey Mapping
Presenter: Bijal Shah, Center for Care Innovations
    Recommended for any RBN participant.
This breakout session will be recorded.
  • Using observation to understand organizational culture and its impact on change – a breakout for leaders
Presenter: Irene Sung, RBN Coach and Consultant
Recommended for clinical and administrative leaders such as CEOs, COOs, CMOs, medical directors, and behavioral health directors.
This breakout session will be interactive and will not be recorded.

We highly recommend joining by audio and video, if possible, as this will be an interactive session. These every other month virtual learning sessions are required for RBN participants.
