In 2015, Livingston Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Merced County, California, partnered with Foster Farms, a large poultry company headquartered in Livingston, to pilot an Employee Wellness Program at one of the company’s 12 sites. Today, it’s a model for how a health center can deliver value beyond its four walls and a large company can boost community wellness by bringing direct health services to its employees.
