As a senior manager, Susannah oversees CCI’s internal processes, finance and grants management, working to make CCI work better as an organization. Susannah also serves as a program manager on a variety of CCI’s programs.

Before joining CCI, Susannah worked with San Francisco Health Plan as Lead HEDIS Coordinator in the Health Improvement department and as a project manager for the utilization management team. Prior to her relocation to San Francisco, Susannah worked in a variety of different sectors and places. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Peru and was a research assistant at Population Council’s regional headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. She also served in a variety of managerial positions at JackRabbit Sports in New York City, during which she gained a considerable amount of knowledge about running shoes and wetsuits. She has yet to find a proper way to employ this skillset in her work at CCI.

Susannah received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin’s Plan II Honors Program and a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University. Outside of the office, Susannah likes to compete in triathlons, go backpacking in the mountains and continue her search in the Bay Area for anything that even slightly resembles New York pizza.
