As the administrative and operations associate at CCI, Sonia supports the team and its external partners with financial and operational processes.
Sonia comes to CCI with 10 years of administrative and operational experience in everything from health care to performing arts. Her expertise lies particularly in process design, documentation, and scalability. Prior to CCI, Sonia was the senior community manager for Workbar where she developed company-wide playbooks for operating co-working offices and scaling to new locations. She was also a research assistant for Aware Healthcare, developing research to predict substance use relapse.
Sonia earned her bachelor’s degree in international business from Bentley University. She is originally from Moscow, Russia, but grew up in Boston and moved to San Francisco in 2019. In her free time, she likes salsa dancing, reading, and accidentally burning dinner.
