Juliane provides strategic direction for and oversees a portfolio of population health programs that supports safety net clinics and community partners in achieving meaningful care delivery transformation. With an eye toward health equity and consistent engagement with those who are most impacted by this work, Juliane is committed to incorporating the patient perspective into all aspects of this work, from the development of program measurement strategies to close partnership for co-designing improvement and innovation strategies.

Juliane came to CCI with almost 15 years of experience in health care operations, mental health care delivery, and practice transformation. Prior to joining CCI, Juliane was a principal consultant at Kaiser Permanente’s Care Management Institute, where she partnered with senior program and regional leaders to design and execute a national cancer care strategy and led improvement portfolios in colorectal cancer, care coordination, and complex pediatrics care. Juliane has an extensive background in quality improvement, and she leverages her clinical psychology education and experience as a therapist to listen to and promote the patient voice in her work, and facilitate successful change management and care delivery optimization.

Juliane received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Naropa University.
