Jerry Lassa has supported multiple CCI programs as a quality improvement, performance measurement, and statistical trainer and coach. He has also co-developed programs to guide health centers in building a data-driven culture by strengthening data management capacity and data governance practices.
Jerry has served in quality improvement leadership roles at an academic medical center, two community health centers, a health center network, and a population health solution company. He currently consults on state-level community health data management initiatives across the country and on international clinical research efforts with the National Institutes of Health in Washington D.C., and teaches statistics at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Jerry received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a master’s degree in applied mathematics with a concentration in statistics from DePaul University in Chicago. He gets overly excited about In-N-Out hamburgers and Excel pivot tables.
