Jed comes to CCI with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and community health sectors. Throughout his career Jed has been committed to promoting sustainable system change through multi-sector partnerships and amplifying the voices of recipients of care.

Prior to joining CCI, Jed served in leadership roles in supportive housing programs for people with disabilities, community-based mental health services, emergency shelter, supportive housing programs, and federally qualified health centers.  While serving as the director of community services at West County Health Centers, Jed led the development and operation of a clinic specifically designed to meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness. While at Santa Rosa Community Health, Jed led the care coordination department, developing innovative solutions to improve connections to care for people experiencing homelessness.

His extensive experience in both the non-profit human services and community health care sectors allows him a deep understanding of the opportunities that exist to improve community health through collaboration and innovation.

While not working, Jed enjoys camping with is family, walking on beach, and gardening.
